Clouds Means Clouds

The WMSCOG erroneously believes that a man named Ahn Sahng-Hong was Jesus Christ. Scripture is clear that when Jesus Christ comes again, he will come “on the clouds”. However, Ahn Sahng-Hong was born of a woman.

The Cloud Confusion

Scripture is replete with descriptions of Christ’s Second Coming, all of which refer to Him “coming on the clouds”. Now, “coming on the clouds” could mean two things:

  1. Literal clouds, or sky
  2. Something else
The Solution in Acts 1:11

At Christ’s Second Coming, He will come on literal clouds. The only verses you need to prove this are Acts 1:9-11 (emphasis added):

9
When he had said this, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him from their sight.
10
While they were looking intently at the sky as he was going, suddenly two men dressed in white garments stood beside them.
11
They said, “Men of Galilee, why are you standing there looking at the sky? This Jesus who has been taken up from you into heaven will return in the same way as you have seen him going into heaven.

The Answer is at the Ascension

Jesus Christ ascended to heaven as he foretold. When the Apostles witnessed this, angels appeared to them and explained that when he returned, it would be “in the same way as you have seen him going into heaven“. This is called the Ascension.

Further Proof

Just in case Acts 1:9-11 wasn’t enough, we can also see Thessalonians 4:16-17 (emphasis added)

16
For the Lord himself, with a word of command, with the voice of an archangel and with the trumpet of God, will come down from heaven, and the dead in Christ will rise first.
17
Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Thus we shall always be with the Lord.

The clouds are in the air (Thessalonians 4:17). Can Scripture be any clearer?

How to Remember This

Acts 1:11 clearly demonstrates that Jesus Christ will return in the same way as he ascended. To say otherwise is to call the Holy Spirit’s good grammar and common sense into question. Here is a handy way to remember this verse: “clouds acting 1:11″ It may also help to remember Thessalonians 4:17.

A Possible Objection

A WMSCOG member might object, saying “this refers to Christ’s final coming at the end of time.” Yes, it does, but notice the trick. It refers to Christ’s Second Coming at the end of time, and no other coming of Jesus Christ was ever prophesied. In fact, Jesus said that until his Second Coming, many false messiahs would arise.

These people have a nice trick when recruiting, they first say they are students doing a questionaire. I mean, why lie? I would have been happy to talk to them eitherway.

      Hey Dee,

While I’m sure that is probably not their officially approved approach, I do know this happens, and I agree that is a bit confusing because most people probably associate the term “student” with an accredited university and not “elohim acadamy”.
